Artist: Reynold Brown Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had a dime-sized area of paper loss at the top and bottom crossfolds, with smaller paper loss at the middle crossfold, and tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss scattered down the rest of the vertical foldline. It had just a few tears and tiny bits of paper loss on the horizontal folds. It had paper loss in the center of the top border extending into the top of the "E" of "SPIDER" and a few small areas of paper loss in the rest of the borders. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was really nicely backed, and expert professional restoration was performed, but you can see slight signs of the restoration when you look very closely at the poster.
