What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It had a long tear starting near the center of the top border between the words "HIS" and "HOME" and running down through the middle left of the image into the area inside the doorway. It had some creases and scuffs scattered throughout and some tears, smudges, and stains around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
