Others called him a heel"; "It's Terrific!"; loosely based on the life of William Randolph Hearst; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; many people consider it the finest movie ever made) starring Orson Welles (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film; in the title role as Charles Foster Kane), with the members of Welles' "Mercury Actors", who had previously acted with him on stage, Joseph Cotten (as Jedediah Leland), Dorothy Comingore (as Susan Alexander Kane), Everett Sloane (as Mr. Bernstein), Ray Collins (as Jim W. UPDATED 05/01/2016: Note that this poster is from the 1962 first release, and NOT a 1962 re-release as we initially listed. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor wear on the folds. It had pinholes around the edges, with paper loss in the bottom left corner. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
