Love is a Racket, the 1932 William A. Wellman New York City newspaper journalism romantic gangster crime comedy ("It's the low-down on the unfair sex!") starring Douglas Fairbanks Jr., Ann Dvorak, Frances Dee, Lee Tracy, Lyle Talbot, and Warren Hymer

Condition: very good. The card was "starch backed", which means that it was moistened with a special starch solution, attached to a backing, allowed to dry, and then the card had touch up while it was backed, and afterward, the backing was removed. This particular card had pinholes in the corners, a 1 1/2" L-shaped tear in the right of the top border, two other tiny tears in the borders, and a crease in the bottom right corner. The card looks fantastic, and it has had truly minor touch up, and best of all, it still completely looks and feels like an unrestored lobby card!
