Artist: Robert McGinnis Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had been displayed and the reds in the poster had faded somewhat. It is not that noticeable until you compare the poster to an unfaded example, and it displays pretty well as is. The poster also had pinholes, tears, and paper loss in the borders and small paper loss at the crossfolds. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. It appears that the restorer, in addition to touching up the fold and border wear, also touched up the reds of the title and top credits, because they are not faded, and the image is.
