An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

The Chaser, the 1938 Edwin L. Marin lawyer legal romantic melodrama ("Watch Out for a gorgeous girl!"; about an ambulance chasing lawyer who will do anything to get a client, and he is not above coaching people to pretend to be more hurt than they were, and he is constantly on the verge of being disbarred) starring Dennis O'Keefe, Ann Morriss, Lewis Stone, Nat Pendleton, and Henry O'Neill. Note that the character of Jimmy McGill in "Better Call Saul" is very similar to the lead character in this movie! Also note that Lana Turner originally was 11th billed in this movie and had a minor part, but it was one of her first real roles. Unfortunately, her scenes were cut from the movie, and her billing was removed, and it would not be for another year before she was really noticed.

Condition: good to very good. There is staining in the bottom of the card, but it is otherwise in pretty good condition. There is a piece of tape on the back of the center of the top border, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose.
