Wells' Fantastic Sensation"; "Screen play by R.C. Sheriff"; based on the novel by H.G. Wells; about a man who invents a potion that makes him invisible, but it also makes him go insane) starring Gloria Stuart, Claude Rains (in the title role as the Invisible Man), William Harrigan, Dudley Digges, Una O'Connor, Henry Travers, Forrester Harvey, and E.E. Clive NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this herald, and it sold for $1,050. That example has now been reconsigned to us, so this is still the only example we have ever auctioned! All first release movie paper from this classic Universal movie is extremely rare, and we have also never auctioned a pressbook! Note that this is one of a remarkable collection of 31 heralds we are currently auctioning (in 31 separate auctions). They were collected over many decades, and include many wonderful horror ones, plus other very top titles. If one tried to duplicate this collection, it would likely take many years to do so! Condition: good to very good. The herald was folded an extra time at a slight diagonal, and there are some light creases scattered throughout. There are some extremely tiny tears and creases along the right edge of the front and back covers. But the herald still displays really well in spite of this (see our images).
