An Original Vintage pair of Costume Earrings (contains the pair of earrings worn in this movie; see below); also included are two repro photos showing her wearing them candid on the set and two repro color photos showing her wearing them at an event she attended later (Learn More) The Outer Limits, the 1963 - 1965 science fiction (sci-fi) fantasy television TV series (obviously greatly influenced by the earlier "The Twilight Zone", and the show clearly influenced "Star Trek"; created by Joseph Stefano, who also wrote many of the episodes) with many well-known TV actors of the time appearing in the episodes (including Robert Culp, Robert Duvall, Martin Landau, and Leonard Nimoy), and with a classic introduction with a "control voice" (spoken by Vic Perrin) that began with "There is nothing wrong with your television. Do not attempt to adjust the picture..." Important Added Info: Note that this is a pair of costume earrings wore by Janet Blair wore in season one episode 13 ("Tourist Attraction") of this classic TV series. Our consignor purchased these earrings directly from Janet Blair's son (he does not have a "C.O.A.", but we are certain they are authentic). The earrings come with two repro photos showing her wearing them candid on the set and two repro color photos showing her wearing them at an event she attended later. They also come with a DVD that includes this episode. Note that this is one of nine original costumes we have been consigned, and we are auctioning them in nine separate auctions. In each case we have provided all the information we have about the costume (in some cases, C.O.A's, and in some cases images of the star wearing the costume in the movie, or both). We feel certain each of these nine costumes are the actual costumes that the stars wore in the film identified above. This is a rare opportunity to purchase one or more of these original Hollywood costumes! Note that we will fold this item as much as is reasonable, but it will need to be sent in a box by itself (or combined with other costumes, if the winning bidder wins others). Please bear this shipping expense in mind before you place a bid on this item. Condition: very good. One of the jewel pieces from one of the earrings has come loose.
