Artist: Josep Soligo Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had paper loss at the top crossfold and some creases, tears, and small paper loss in that foldline. There were two extra horizontal folds above and below the regular middle fold, with small tears in the right of those folds. There was minor wear on the other foldlines and some tears and darkening in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but it was apparently removed from the stretcher a little too soon, and it is lightly rippled around the edges. Learn More about condition grades
