Condition: very good. folded in half at one time resulting in a horizontal fold across the middle of the card; 1/2" tear in the right and left of the blank area at top from rough removal of staples; slightly diagonal crease in the lower left corner as well as some minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the card (mostly along the foldline and edges)
