An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More)

The Lady of the Lake, the 1928 (release in the U.S. in a sound version in 1930) James A. FitzPatrick Scotland silent royalty romantic melodrama ("Founded upon the poem by Sir Walter Scott"; about an exiled Scottish girl who saves the king, apparently a very faithful adaptation of the classic poem) starring Percy Marmont, Benita Hume (in the title role as The Lady of the Lake), Lawson Butt, James Carew, Haddon Mason, and Hedda Bartlett

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
