An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked British Quad Movie Poster (BQ; Quad Crown; measures approximately 30" x 40") (Learn More) the 1963 English Academy Cinema double-bill release of Le Petit Soldat (released in the U.S. & other English-speaking countries as "The Little Soldier"), the 1963 Jean-Luc Godard French Algerian War terrorism spy espionage crime thriller ("A drama of political terrorism") starring Anna Karina, Michael Subor, Henri-Jacques Huet, Laszlo Szabo and Paul Beauvais. Note that this film was originally completed in 1960, but the French censors held up the release of the movie until 1963 until after the Algerian War! and Night Journey, the 1960 Alexander Hammid musical dancing documentary short starring Martha Graham and her Ballet Company. The poster had a tiny thin strip of paper loss (measuring 1" in length) in the top left green background area. There were pinholes in the corners, minor wear on the foldlines, and some smudges around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking.
