UPDATED 12/10/2012: As is traditional with the Saw movie franchise, Lionsgate studio and the American Red Cross produced a special ad campaign designed to encourage people to donate blood. This cross-promotional poster promotes the 6th Saw film and the 6th Annual Halloween Blood Drive and features a creepy image of a "Saw nurse" in a surgical mask! Note that we are unsure if this poster were displayed in theaters and if anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: very good to fine. There are a few minor creases scattered throughout the poster but they are not very noticeable or distracting.
