An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 9 3/4" x 12 3/4") (Learn More) Look Your Best, the 1923 Rupert Hughes stage acting silent romantic love triangle weight loss comedy (a clever comedy about a stage manager who fires a chorus girl because she has gotten too heavy, and he hires a new thin girl, who he falls for, but so does the man who does the special effects for the show, and that man starts feeding her huge meals, hoping to fatten her up and get her fired, so he can have a better chance with her!) starring Colleen Moore, Antonio Moreno, William Orlamond, Orpha Alba, and Earl Metcalfe. Note that the star of the movie is Colleen Moore, and yet Rupert Hughes was either so popular (or had such a great contract with Sam Goldwyn), that he alone is pictured on the advertising for the movie! Also note that in her autobiography, Colleen Moore tells that the movie originally had an underwater sequence where she wore a skin-tight costume with fish scales on it, but that the fish scales fell off during filming, leaving her practically nude, and so they had to cut that scene from the movie! Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that not only does this lobby card have a wonderful wacky image of Colleen Moore with an arrow in her chest, but she is also wearing one of the most elaborate peacock dresses I could ever imagine (I wonder if that dress still exists, and if so, what it would sell for?)! Also note that this lobby card has had its four blank borders trimmed off and now measures 9 3/4" x 12 3/4". Condition: good to very good. The borders were trimmed off. There are some creases, tears, and tiny paper loss in the edges. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored, with no tape anywhere on the front or back of the card.
