An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

The Custard Nine, the 1921 Pathe silent black African American baseball sports comedy ("From the famous story in The Saturday Evening Post"; written by Harris Dickson, produced by The Harris Dickson Film Corporation). Note that this lobby card includes a sign in the background which says, "Greenville Miss, Saturdy [sic] May 2 1921, The Celebrated CUSTARD NINE will cross bats with The GREENVILL GOATS, Come one Come All and see BASEBALL!...". If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
