Important Added Info: Note that this script is the final draft from February 7, 1977 (for episode #248) and the screenplay was written by Tom Eyen. The name "Sam" is written on the cover of the script, and Sam Weisman played "Howie Freeze", so this script was his personal copy, making it certain that it was Sam Weisman's personal copy, but it does not appear that he had any lines in this episode (we imagine he got a script each week regardless).
