An Original Vintage Movie Animation Cel (measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Winnie the Pooh is a fictional talking teddy bear character created by A.A. Milne in 1926, who has been featured in books, Walt Disney movies and television series. He has been voiced by Sterling Holloway, Hal Smith, and most recently Jim Cummings. He often appears alongside Christopher Robin, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, Rabbit and Owl Important Added Info: Note that this cel has been taped over a printed background (a reproduction) and the printed background has been attached to a mat with tape from the reverse. To be clear, the cel is original, but the background is not. Note that this animation cel is from a Winnie the Pooh cartoon, but we don't know which one. Because this was consigned to us together with cels from the 1950s and 1960s, we think it is likely from the 1960s, and a knowledgeable collector suggests that it was for an educational short. If anyone knows which cartoon this is from, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
