An Original 1954 (from the first release of this movie in Denmark) Vintage Theatrical Danish Movie Program (measures 4 1/2" x 6" [11 x 15 cm]; 12 pages) (Learn More)

Young Wives' Tale, the 1951 Henry Cass English romantic comedy (based on a play by Ronald Jeans; it concerns the post-war housing shortage in England, and two couples and a young single unmarried girl are forced to share a house together, and the girl becomes infatuated with one of the wives' husbands) starring Joan Greenwood, Nigel Patrick, Derek Farr, Guy Middleton, Athene Seyler, Helen Cherry, and Audrey Hepburn. Note that Audrey Hepburn had appeared in five minor roles prior to this movie, but here, she had the significant role of the unmarried young boarder, and she was given 7th billing!
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that Audrey Hepburn was unknown when this movie was first released in England, but by the time it was released in Denmark three years later, she was of course a major star, so she was billed second on the cover of this program and prominently pictured. Also note that we have pictured the front and back covers and an interior 2-page spread from this program.

Condition: good to very good.
