Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It had darkening and faint stains across the top blank border and some darkening in the other borders, with some small tears and small stains. It had a few creases and scuffs in the solid background areas, and a crease in the "R" of "BOTHER" and the "TO" in the title. It had a few faint stains in the title area. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Note that either the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster, or possibly the owner of the poster chose to carefully trim off the excess, so that the poster would fit in a frame.
