Why was her life threatened?"; about a surgeon who helps investigate the death of a mobster, and he realizes that the mobster's girlfriend was at the scene, and when she is brought to his hospital, he saves her life and falls in love with her, and then he must fight gangsters who want to silence her) starring James Dunn, Gloria Stuart, David Manners, William Harrigan, Shirley Grey, Jack LaRue, and Johnny Hines. Note that we have seen advertising on this movie that bills Ricardo Cortez in the lead role, but he was replaced by James Dunn after that advertising was printed. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that the movie is called "Dead on Arrival" on this still, which was the working title for this movie! Also note that this key book still is on a deluxe heavyweight paper stock and has an extra 1" on the top of the still with two punch holes (where the still was kept in a binder).
