I Had No Shoes and I Complained..., the circa 1960s motivational poster ("I had no shoes and I complained... until I met a man who had no feet! -Persian proverb") featuring art of the quote on a scroll with a Persian man on the lower left! This poster was likely part of a series of posters containing life lessons and advice that were likely placed in schools and the workplace.
