Yeaworth Jr. science fiction (sci-fi) horror comedy thriller ("The Indestructible creature! The Blob"; "Bloated with the blood of its victims!"; "The management of this theatre disclaims any responsibility for heart attacks or damage to nerves."; "Certified"; "In Color!"; "Indescribable... Indestructible! Nothing can stop it!"; "It's indescribable! It's indestructible! Nothing... can stop it!"; "From an idea by Irvine H. Millgate") starring Steve McQueen (very young in this role; billed here as "Steven McQueen"), Aneta Corsaut (billed as "Aneta Corseaut" on the first release posters), Earl Rowe, Olin Howlin, Stephen Chase, John Benson, and George Karas. Note that the music for the title song for this movie was written by Burt Bacharach! Note that even though Steve McQueen was top billed in this movie, he was not yet known to the general public, and his image was not used on the posters (which DO have great art of the blob monster engulfing the townspeople). Condition: good to very good. the poster has many pinholes in the top corners; there are many small creases across the top and bottom foldlines; there are many creases and smudges around the edges of the poster and a small number of creases and smudges within the image area; there are 3 pairs of staple holes in the lower right white background area just above the end of the credits; there are many creases in the bottom 2" of the poster; This is the type of poster that responds very well to restoration! Its defects are mainly in the borders and blank areas, and after linenbacking by a top professional, this poster will look quite nice, and it will have little restoration anywhere on it!
