Nob Hill, the 1945 Henry Hathaway San Francisco California saloon romantic love triangle musical ("Where men fought at the snap of a garter... and women loved at the snap of a finger!"; "From a story by Eleanore Griffen"; about the owner of a Barbary Coast saloon who starts to romance a wealthy woman to try to get him into high society, but the star of his stage show has other plans for him) starring George Raft, Joan Bennett, Vivian Blaine, Peggy Ann Garner, Alan Reed (billed as "Alan 'Falstaff Openshow' Reed"), B.S. Pulley (billed as "B.S. Pully"), Emil Coleman, and Edgar Barrier

Condition: very good. There is a 1" tear in the right of the bottom border and a crease in the bottom left blank corner. There are some smudges around the edges of the card. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back of the card!
