An Original Vintage Theatrical 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) George Bernard Shaw's Great Catherine, the 1968 (released in the U.S. in 1969) Gordon Flemyng English royalty Russia Czar musical comedy ("By day she was Catherine the Queen. By night she was Catherine the Great."; based on the play by George Bernard Shaw) starring Peter O'Toole, Zero Mostel, Jeanne Moreau (in the title role as Catherine), Jack Hawkins, and Akim Tamiroff NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm]. Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that it WAS printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So it is an original still from 1968, but it was printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good. There are some faint scuffs in the still, but they are only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light. Learn More about condition grades
