Important Added Info: Note that John Cassavetes, certainly an unconventional filmmaker, was also very unconventional in his approach to the movie paper created to promote his movies! For most of his later movies, he created odd-sized first release posters (for use at early film festival showings of the movies), and this movie is no exception. We are currently auctioning three unusual posters for two different Cassavetes movies (two from The Killing of a Chinese Bookie and one from Woman Under the Influence), and they are in three separate auctions. These three posters come from the estate of Ruth Gribin, who was the founder of Filmex, the long-running Los Angeles film festival! Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded.
