But 'Jassy' didn't care!"; "From the novel by Norah Lofts"; a very unusual movie about a gypsy girl who has "second sight" and can foretell the future; she oddly uses her gifts by getting involved with upper class families, usually as a maid, and after she has altered their lives, she moves on to another family!) starring Margaret Lockwood (in the title role as Jassy), Patricia Roc, Dennis Price, Basil Sydney, Dermot Walsh (billed as "introducing Dermot Walsh"), Nora Swinburne, Jean Cadell, Linden Travers, Ernest Thesiger, and Cathleen Nesbitt NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
