Kenton Universal monster horror thriller sequel ("New Thrills as the monster stalks again!"; "Original Story, Eric Taylor"; the fourth Universal Frankenstein movie after the three 1930s classics; in this entry, Bela Lugosi as Ygor resurrects the Frankenstein monster and takes him to the doctor's son and they must find a new brain!) starring Cedric Hardwicke (billed as "Sir Cedric Hardwicke"; as Dr. Ludwig Frankenstein), Ralph Bellamy, Lionel Atwill (as Doctor Bohmer), Bela Lugosi (as Ygor), Evelyn Ankers (as Elsa Frankenstein), Lon Chaney Jr. (as the Frankenstein monster), Holmes Herbert, and Janet Ann Gallow NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. many pinholes around the edges of the card; light smudges in the solid yellow background of the inset image at top left; creases and some faint smudges and stains around the edges of the card. I would think most collectors would be happy to display this great card exactly as it is! But of course, any talented restorer could restore the card's minor defects (which are mostly in the borders), and the card would look great, and it would have little paint anywhere on it!
