An Original Vintage German Film Program (measures 5 3/4" x 8" [15 x 20 cm]; 4 pages) (Learn More)

Die Jahre Vergehen (literally translates to "The Years Go By"), the 1945 Gunther Rittau (he was the cinematographer of Metropolis!) German family relationship romantic melodrama starring Heidemarie Hatheyer, Carl Kuhlmann, Werner Fuetterer, Walter Franck, and Agnes Windeck. Note that this was one of the last movies to be released in war-time Germany. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that included with this program is a German cigarette card of star Werner Fuetterer. Note that programs for German and Austrian films from 1944 to 1945 are very rare because of the war-time paper shortage and because some of the films were not released as intended (many were finally released after the war). Note that this is a "country of origin" item for this German movie! Also note that we have provided an image of all the pages of this 4-page program (we did this by opening it and laying it flat and photographing the front and back cover together, and the interior two pages together). This way, you see the entire program, and can well determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image. But of course this means that the front cover appears in the top right of our image, but normally, the program would be folded down the center and you would view the cover by itself (and it will be sent folded as was originally intended).
