What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some wear on the folds. It had a number of tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. Something went wrong in attaching the poster to the linen, because it is lifting from the linen in many places around the edges. Learn More about condition grades
