Maggie Smith is an English actress from the 1950s to the present. Some of her movies include: Clash of the Titans, California Suite (winner of the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), The Prime Of Miss Jean Brodie (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Room With A View (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Othello (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Travels With My Aunt (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Gosford Park (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), and the Harry Potter movie series (as Professor McGonagall). She also plays Violet Crowley on TV's "Downton Abbey". As of 2021, she is still alive at the age of 86!

Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by Maggie Smith! Our consignor (who was a diplomat for the U.S. in exotic locations) obtained this autograph through personal correspondence with Miss Smith (she asked her to send her a signed playbill, and she agreed to do so). Many of the people she corresponded with specifically mentioned that they were impressed by her exotic address and they seem to write longer responses because of that!

Condition: good to very good. There are many tears and some paper loss on the back cover, but just a few faint smudges on the front cover where the signature is.
