Trapped by Boston Blackie, the 1948 Seymour Friedman Massachusetts detective crime mystery thriller ("The killing low-down on high society!"; "Three women want Blackie... Arrested!"; "Story by Charles Marion and Edward Bock") starring Chester Morris (in the title role as Boston Blackie), June Vincent, Richard Lane, Patricia Barry (billed as "Patricia White"), Edward Norris, and George E. Stone. Note that this is one of fourteen movies made in the 1940s with Chester Morris playing the fictional character "Boston Blackie", a former crook turned detective (there had been ten silent movies made in the 1920s), all of which were based on short stories by Jack Boyle.

Condition: fair. The poster is in much lesser condition. There are several defects scattered along the edges and foldlines/crossfolds and there are several significant areas of foldline and/or crossfold separation. Many of the defects have been repaired with tape from the back that may bleed through to the front. The entire lower horizontal fold is separated and held on to the poster with tape. The poster is in need of restoration. Certainly a top restorer can repair the defects described above, and after, the poster will display really well, but please bear in mind the poster's many defects and the cost of restoration before placing a bid.
