Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card set is neither from the R-rated release of this movie OR the X-rated release! The movie was initially released in 1972 with an "X" rating, and at the end of the year, it was re-released with an "R" rating, and new posters and lobby cards were printed with the changed ratings box (the posters are still dated 1972, but the "R" rated pressbook is dated 1973). Please do not bid thinking it is from the very first 1972 X-rated release. However, there are a few items on this movie like this one, which have a 1971 copyright, and are unrated, which almost certainly means that they were still trying to get an R rating at the time they prepared the materials in 1971, so they left the rating off! Condition: very good to fine. Seven of the cards are in excellent condition. The card in the top left of our image (with the close up of McDowell driving) had a brown stain in the shape of an "8" in the left of McDowell's hat (near the brim), and the person who owned the card had a restorer perform slight restoration to that area, and the stain is virtually invisible. It also had a pinhole in the top left blank corner with a faint stain around that, and a tiny pinhole in the top right corner. Learn More about condition grades
