Ring Side Motion Picture!"; "SEE Blow by Blow, SEE Each thrill packed round, SEE Greatest fight scenes ever photographed!") featuring the bout between Joe Louis and Max Schmeling that was held at the Yankee Stadium in New York City, New York on June 19, 1936. In the days before television was widely available, boxing matches were almost always filmed and then released to movie theaters, and the best matches often were extremely popular with moviegoers.
