He got his start on the TV series "Bosom Buddies", where he appeared in drag! Some of his movies include: Forrest Gump (in his Best Actor Academy Award winning title role), Saving Private Ryan (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Green Mile, Road to Perdition, A League of Their Own, Dragnet, Splash, Big (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Cast Away (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), and Philadelphia (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film) AND Meg Ryan is an actress from the 1980s to the present. She is certainly best remembered for her starring role in "When Harry Met Sally" (and the "I'll have what she's having" scene). Some of her movies include: You've Got Mail, Sleepless in Seattle, and Kate & Leopold (in the title role as Kate) Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Tom Hanks AND Meg Ryan! Also note that the REPRODUCTION comes with a "certificate of authenticity" from Legendary Icons! Note that this autographed item (and many others in this set of auctions, all of which have this same paragraph on them) come from the collection of a man who recently passed away. He was confined to a wheelchair, but that did not stop him from attending all of the major collectible shows in the Northeast, including the Chiller Conventions! He would obtain many signed items from the celebrities in attendance (they sometimes personalized the autographs to him, and his name was "Jimmy"), and he also purchased a few signed items from celebrities through the mail. In the case of the items purchased through the mail, he would usually also get a "certificate of authenticity".
