West of Dodge City there is no God!!"; about a cowboy who helps clean up a town sometimes run by outlaws, and his romancing of a "good" girl and a "bad" dance hall girl) starring Errol Flynn, Olivia De Havilland, Ann Sheridan, Alan Hale Sr., Frank McHugh, Bruce Cabot, John Litel, Henry Travers, Victor Jory, William Lundigan, Guinn 'Big Boy' Williams, Ward Bond, and Monte Blue NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this 1945 poster is from the first Belgian re-release after the end of World War II (WWII). The film was first released in Belgium in late 1939, just a few months before the Germans invaded. Due to paper shortages during the war, it is quite likely that no first release posters still exist, or if they do, they are likely in museums. The paper shortages continued after the war and this 1945 poster is printed on the back of another poster! Condition: good. The poster originally had a blank top that was neatly trimmed off (this is commonly done with Belgian posters, similar to how the blank top is trimmed off of U.S. window cards). It has some dot staining along the blank borders and there are a few small tears along the left edge that have been repaired with clear tape from the back. It was printed on back of another poster (see above) and the printing on back slightly bleeds through to the front in a few areas. A snipe was glued along the upper edge (that extends the poster).
