A 1950 Re-release Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Platinum Blonde, the classic 1931 Frank Capra romantic comedy (about a poor newspaper reporter who helps a rich heiress, and despite their complete different lifestyles, they marry, but it is a doomed romance, but fortunately, he has best friend Loretta Young, and he finally realizes he loves her in the closing moments of the movie!) starring Loretta Young, Robert Williams (in his final movie role), Jean Harlow, Halliwell Hobbes, Reginald Owen, and Louise Closser Hale. Note that star Robert Williams played the lead in this movie, and seemed that he might have a very promising career, but he developed appendicitis shortly after it was finished, and he died of peritonitis four days after the movie opened!
