An Original Vintage Photographic Transparency (measures 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm]) (Learn More) A Group of 12 Cheesecake & Glamour Portraits, the original camera transparencies featuring Debra Paget, Elsa Martinelli, France Nuyen, Madlyn Rhue, Marla English, Eva Marie Saint, Joan Stacey, Nita Talbot, Rhonda Fleming, Kathryn Grayson, Charlene Holt, and Anna Kashfi Important Added Info: The coloring of each transparency has changed over the years, and our consignor prepared a "color corrected" version (through PhotoShop), and we have an image of the transparencies as they appear alongside the color corrected versions, but of course, the auction is for a group of 12 transparencies. Note that these are the CAMERA ORIGINAL transparencies that were in the camera when the photographer shot each of these transparencies! Three of the sleeves have stickers taped to the bottom right giving the photographer credit, two for Mal Bulloch (on Elsa Martinelli and France Nuyen) and one for Bud Fraker (on Kathryn Grayson). Note: We have 21 images of the transparencies in this set, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 21 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 11. This is a very special auction of 444 extremely rare negatives and transparencies of various sizes. EVERY single one in this auction is either "studio issued" (meaning it was created by the studio and sent to theaters and movie outlets), OR it is a "camera original" (meaning it was the actual negative that was in the camera when the photographer took the picture). Every auction clearly identifies which they are, and there are no items being auctioned that are not either "studio issue" or "camera originals". We have divided them by type and size. Also note that every one of these 444 auctions have had their transparencies and/or negatives scanned expertly. This auction contains that scan with the "eMoviePoster.com" watermark over it. ONLY the winner of this auction will, on request, be sent UNWATERMARKED scan(s) of the items in this auction, which will both save them the time and expense of scanning them themselves, and also allow them to make high quality positive prints of the items they purchased. Condition: good. The color of the transparencies has changed from how they originally were, but otherwise, they are in nice condition.
