Li'l Abner, the 1959 Melvin Frank musical family hillbilly comedy ("Paramount's BIG Li'l Abner Comes Alive!"; "Big, Live Li'l Abner"; "Based on the Characters Created by Al Capp"; from the newspaper comic strip of the same name) starring Peter Palmer (in the title role as Li'l Abner Yokum), Leslie Parrish (as Daisy Mae), Stubby Kaye (as Marryin' Sam), Howard St. John (as General Bullmoose), Julie Newmar (as the sexy Stupefyin' Jones!), Stella Stevens (as Appassionata Von Climax), Billy Hayes (as "Mammy" Yokum), Joe E. Marks (as Pappy Yokum), Bern Hoffman (as Earthquake McGoon), Al Nesor (as Evil Eye Fleagle), and Carmen Alvarez (as Moonbeam McSwine)

Important Added Info: Note that the back of card #2 was overprinted with a solid rectangular border with interior dimensions of 8" x 10". This was commonly done in the 1950s so that old lobby cards could be re-used as "frames" for 8x10 stills. These ARE original lobby cards.

Condition: good to very good. A still was once taped to the back of the card and there are a few tape stains remaining, but they have no effect on the front.
