A 1948 Re-Release Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (11x14; LC; measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

The Return of the Vampire, the 1943 Lew Landers werewolf vampire monster horror thriller ("Beauty at the mercy of a Monster!"; "Man? Or Monster? Or Both?"; "Terrifying! Paralyzing! Horrifying!"; about an English family who thought they rid themselves of a vampire, but during World War II, German bombs free the monster; it reclaims the soul of its former wolfman servant and plots to take revenge on the family) starring Bela Lugosi (in the title role as the Vampire), Frieda Inescort, Miles Mander, Matt Willis (as the werewolf), and Nina Foch. Note that Columbia would have loved to refer to Bela Lugosi's character as "Dracula", but Universal owned the rights to the character, so they could only refer to him as "the vampire", and he was named "Armand Tesla" (and Matt Willis plays Tesla's werewolf servant!).
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.

Condition: good to very good. There are some faint brown stains and some creases around the edges of the card. There is a 4" horizontal crease in the lower right of the card. Other than the above, the card is in pretty nice condition! Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back of the card!
