With her husband, Ted Shawn, they founded the Denishawn dance company and school (and their most famous student was Louise Brooks!). While she was primarily known for her dancing, she did appear in a number of movies including: Intolerance: Love's Struggle Throughout the Ages, Kitty, The Lily & the Rose, and The Cheat. She passed away in 1968 at the age of 90 Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION has been personally autographed (signed) by Ruth St. Denis!
