Important Added Info: Note that according to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences rules, this is technically not a re-release. That is because once a film has won an Oscar, it can't be changed or renamed. To get around this, the 2001 and 2019 releases (which have been re-edited) are called "Apocalypse Now: Redux", and "Apocalypse Now: Final Cut". However, as most do not know of these rules, we are referring to these as re-releases to avoid confusion.
