Important Added Info: Note that the author of the book inscribed the first interior page of the book (it reads "To Rich and Barbara - With all my best, Steve"). Also note that this is the first edition from 1990 in its original dust jacket. We have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads.
