A Paperbacked Italian Advertising Poster (measures 19 1/2" x 27 1/2") (Learn More) Bosca, the circa 1950s Italian advertising poster ("The Finest Vermouth From Italy") promoting an Italian style liquor featuring art of a pretty lady beside a bottle of Bosca. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Artist: Ponzetto Torino Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. Prior to paperbacking, the poster was never folded. It had just a few tiny creases scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to paperbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! At some point after it was backed, someone probably glued the back of the top of the paper backing poster to a mat, and later removed it, and that caused surface paper loss on the back of the paper backing in the top, but it does not affect the poster at all, except to make the paper backing "thinner" in that area.
