An Original Vintage 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Still (Learn More) Bob Dylan is a folk rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) singer-songwriter, artist, writer, and actor from the 1950s to the present. He is one of the most famous and respected folk rock musicians, and although he is primarily a "rock star", he found time appear in a few movies, including: Don't Look Back, Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid, Renaldo and Clara, Hearts of Fire, and Masked and Anonymous. He has sold more than 125 million records (making him one of the best-selling musicians of all time), has received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, ten Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe Award and an Academy Award. Dylan has also been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. In 2016, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature "for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition", and this is the first time this prize has ever been given to a song-writer. As of 2023, he is still alive at the age of 81! AND Patti Smith is an American singer-songwriter, poet, and visual artist from the 1960s to the present. She has been called the "punk poet laureate", and fused rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) and poetry in her work. In 2007, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and she is ranked 47th on Rolling Stone magazine's 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. As of 2023, she is still alive at the age of 76. Important Added Info: Note that this great publicity still was likely created by The Other End (briefly known as The Bitter End) in 1975 when these two legendary stars appeared there! A knowledgeable collector tells us that Patti was performing a few nights at the venue (a few months before her debut album "Horses" would be released) and Dylan came to watch the show, and this was the first time that they met. Someone wrote information on the back, but we don't know if it was written by photographer Chuck Pulin or someone else. Condition: good. There is surface paper loss in the bottom center that extends into the image. There is a 1" tear in the upper left border. Learn More about condition grades
