French/Spanish/Swiss crime adventure melodrama ("Two words whispered... two men murdered!"; "Original Story, Screenplay and Directing by Orson Welles") starring Orson Welles (in the title role as Mr. Arkadin), Michael Redgrave, Patricia Medina, Akim Tamiroff, Mischa Auer, Katina Paxinou, Jack Watling, Paola Mori, and Robert Arden (billed as "introducing Arden Paola Mori & Robert Arden")
