Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Please Don't Eat My Mother (re-released as "Hungry Pets" and "Sex Pot Swingers"), the 1972 Carl Monson horror comedy sexploitation movie ("The hilarious tale of a strange houseplant whose appetite grew from the neighborhood pets to more succulent dishes -and loved every piece!"; "A laugh with every burp!"; "A Harry Novak Presentation") starring Rene Bond, Buck Kartalian, Flora Weisel , Alice Friedland (billed as "Alicia Friedland"), Lyn Lundgren, Art Hedberg, and Ric Lutze. Note that this was a sexploitation rip-off of "The Little Shop of Horrors", but with lots of sex added, and with all wit and cleverness taken out. The film was re-released in 1974 under the title "The Hungry Pets", and it had a new advertising campaign that played down the horror connection, and sold the movie as a standard sex movie. It was re-released again in 1979 as "Sex Pot Swingers" and that release used the same advertising campaign as the original title! Artist: C. We have noted the defects that were restored below (and feel everyone should always do this!). Many collectors would not be aware of the restoration this poster has had unless it was specifically shown to them! Condition: fine. This poster has been professionally linenbacked. Prior to being linenbacked, it was in fine condition. It only had the most minor of restoration, and it now looks wonderful!.
