An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Zane Grey's Lone Star Ranger, the 1941 James Tinling Texas Rangers cowboy western (based on the novel by Zane Grey) starring John Kimbrough, Sheila Ryan, Jonathan Hale, William Farnum, Truman Bradley, George E. Stone, Dorothy Burgess, and Fred Kohler Jr. Note that star John Kimbrough was an All-American football running back, the star of the Texas A&M Aggies. He won the Heisman Trophy and was signed to a Hollywood contract. He starred in this movie and one other, and then joined the army during World War II. After the war, he became a professional football player for the Los Angeles Dons from 1946 to 1948! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
