Note that famous actor Lionel Barrymore directed six movies between 1913 and 1917, but then solely acted until 1929, when he directed another nine movies between then and 1931. This movie was the last where he was billed as the director! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a cloth banner (which sold for $1,127, and that was 11 years ago), three lobby cards (one 22 years ago and one 13 years ago), a herald (17 years ago), two glass slides, and two stills from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this fourth lobby card, which has a different scene than the previous three, and, of course, it has a wonderful image of the "10 cents a dance girls" at work! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are pinholes, smudges, and stains around the edges, with a few within the images of the girls, but not Barbara Stanwyck. The card can be displayed and enjoyed as it is, or certainly, restoration can be performed. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
