Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. The poster was printed quite a bit off register, which makes the entire image appear "fuzzy", and particularly affects Dale Evans' image at top right. Otherwise, it had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some tears and tiny paper loss on parts of the foldlines, with pinholes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did very little restoration and the registration problem is extremely noticeable (see our image).
