The Chance of a Lifetime, the 1943 William Castle (with his directorial debut) Massachusetts detective mystery crime thriller ("Boston Blackie beats a murder rap!"; "A thrill-packed adventure teeming with laughs and romance.") starring Chester Morris ("as 'Boston Blackie'"), Erik Rolf, Jeanne Bates, Richard Lane, George E. Stone, and Douglas Fowley. Note that this is one of fourteen movies made in the 1940s with Chester Morris playing the fictional character "Boston Blackie", a former crook turned detective (there had been ten silent movies made in the 1920s), all of which were based on short stories by Jack Boyle.

Important Added Info: Note that this a very rare complete set of lobby cards for this movie (we have never auctioned a complete set of cards for this title in all of our years of auctioning!)

Condition: good to very good. The title card has a small piece of restoration tape behind the upper blank border. The card pictured below it has partial vertical creases at upper and lower center from being slightly bent back at one time. The card to the title card's right has pinholes around the edges that have been repaired with tape from the back and some amateur restoration on the front. The cards are otherwise in in pretty nice condition.
